3M™ Scotchcal™ Graphic Film IJ3650-10 White

3m IJ3650-10 (white) and IJ3650-114 (transparent) are piezo ink jet printable, 2-mil films with a pressure-sensitive adhesive. These films are an excellent choice for permanent, medium-term cut graphics or single panel vertical graphics and signs. This film is forward wound on an unnotched core.

– Indoor and outdoor graphics and signs for windows
– Two way graphics
– Backlit graphics
– First and second surface applications
 Film IJ3650-10 (white) vertical graphics for indoor and outdoor opaque graphics, signs
and markings
C. Performance Overview 3M tests the performance of both individual products and finished graphic constructions.
This table shows the best performance expected from this product without a Warranty

D. Limitations of End Uses
(1) Unsuitable End Uses for This
Film
This 3M product is not designed or recommended for the following uses. Please contact us
to discuss other options.
 Application to fleet or vehicle graphics
 Application to corrugated surfaces
 Application to stainless steel
 Application to windows that have built­in heating, defrosting elements, wipers, or tinted
or protective films
 Application to substrates with coatings such as anti­reflection and scratch resistance;
such coatings may be damaged if film removal is attempted
 Application to low surface energy substrates or substrates with a low surface energy
coating
 Application to Non-vertical graphics
 Application of multi-panel graphics as overlapping joints will show as a dark line
Note: 3M Commercial Graphics policy is not to support applications of clear film when a
driver’s view is obstructed and/or where local laws prohibit its use.
Note: Please read the Warranty Stipulations, Section 5.H.(4) regarding glass breakage.
(2) Light Passage Laws and
Regulations
! CAUTION Some states have laws or regulations requiring minimum light passage that may limit or
preclude the use of transparent film IJ3650-114 on vehicle windows. The user is
responsible for determining and complying with all applicable standards.

About Bus Applications
Film used on buses must not be applied so as to restrict the safe use of emergency window
exits. See the most current version of Instruction Bulletin 5.4 for details.
