The banner rotates on a central X-axis for movement in wind
Hardware contains four poles: two bottom poles are 58.375″ long, one top pole is 54.125″ long, and the other top pole is 32.75″ long
A pull pin on the Y-bracket makes it easy to take down
Steel scissor base is great for use on hard, flat surfaces both indoors and out
Included ballast can be filled with water to keep the unit weighted down
