The shipping process was a little confusing, first it said it shipped on 2.4.22 and a week later it says it is received at Wilmington, NC. Then another notice says it is being shipped on 2.08.22, then again on 2.12.22. It finally arrived at my house on 2.16.22. it was a little confusing, merchandise was great though.

I called multiple times about my order since it took a very long time to ship. This might be the deterrent for me to continue ordering from your company. When I reached out to find out the status, the way I was approach wasn’t the best. For example, don’t just tell me the delivery timeline is an approximately and they will be shipped when they are done. Even when this is true at least use different tach to deliver. Products are great and prices are fair but the delivery of orders needs to improve.
