EconoVue 60/40 Clear Interior-Mount Film 54″ X 100′
6.5-mil clear PVC with clear removable acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive. Available with an unperforated solid
paper release liner (CFEVISL); a white PET liner (CFEVIWL) consisting of white PET film laminated to perforated
paper; or Do-ALLiner® (CFEVIDL), a solid paper liner laminated to perforated paper
APPLICATIONS
POP, retail and other graphics for interior mounting on windows,
glass doors and other transparent surfaces. Not recommended for
use on tinted windows.
COMPOSITION
Clear PVC with clear pressure-sensitive adhesive coating and an
unperforated solid paper liner, a white PET liner, or Do-ALLiner®
Print on clear film, not on liner. Designed for screen printing, UVcure
printing or other method that allows printing mirror image
with the color sequence printed in reverse, followed by the application
of a full coat of white ink and then a full coat of black ink to
achieve one-way visibility.
Recommended ink temperature: 65° to 82° F (18° to 28° C), approx.
For UV-cure printing, choose the white PET liner or Do-ALLiner®.
When printing with UV-cure inks, less ink laydown may be needed
to prevent the holes from clogging. This is especially applicable
when running multiple passes using the highest resolution setting.
Test-printing prior to production is recommended to determine the
optimal ink density.
For a softer, more translucent effect without one-way visibility, it is
possible to print normally without adding the white and black coats
of ink. In this case, any text will display in reverse on one side
(with universal Do-ALLiner for UV-cure, latex, solvent, etc.)
