CARBON FIBER VINYL FILM

Comp-U-Cut 780 is a 5.6 mil calendered black carbon fiber vinyl featuring a clear repositionable permanent acrylic
adhesive on an air-egress liner. This film has excellent dimensional stability, outstanding durability and outdoor
performance. This repositionable permanent adhesive offers minimal initial bond growing to permanent bonds that
facilitates application of large graphics. The air egress liner also aids in large graphic application.

Applications Common uses are Automotive Accent Restyling and Automotive Wraps as applied by
experienced installers. Architectural Signage, Flexible Sign Surfaces, and Outdoor
Advertising are other possibilities.

Thickness Film 5.6 mils.
Adhesive 1.1 to 1.3 mils.
Liner 7.0 mils.

Temperature Ranges Minimum application temperature +40° F
Service temperature range -40°F to +200°F.

Adhesion To stainless steel 40 oz/in.
When tested according to PSTC-101 Method A with 24 hr. dwell at 70°F and
50% relative humidity.

Expected Exterior Exposure Up to 5 years. Performance can vary depending on UV exposure

Extended Care Comp-U-Cut 780 should be maintained to preserve long term appearance using standard aftercare
products designed for textured exterior vinyl surfaces. A commercially available protectant such as
Armor All or 303 Aerospace Protectant is recommended. DO NOT use waxes of any type.

Storage Stability 1-year shelf life when stored at 70°F and 50% relative humidity.
