Magic TBT Tyvek Banner Material
- TBT Magic TB2 is an 11 mil, indoor/outdoor Tyvek® banner
featuring a subtle textured, bright white surface and matte
finish. - TFINISHING & PRINTING
– Pigment ink required for water resistance - TB2 is designed for use with pigment, solvent, and eco-solvent.
Printer & Ink Compatibility: TB2 may be printed with aqueous, solvent, eco solvent, latex and UV cure print systems such as HP,
Epson, Canon, Mimaki, Roland, Nur, Vutek, Mutoh and Nur. Although dye-based inks provide a higher color gamut, ink fade can
occur. Use pigmented inks for longer lasting images.
Printer Settings: To optimize print quality, printers should be set for the highest print quality. The maximum ink saturation level for
aqueous inks is 250%. Use media selection “Heavy Weight Coated Paper” for the most printers. “Super” and “bi-directional” are the
printers settings for waterbased piezo wide format printers. Dry-time will vary depending on ink type and the ink saturation level
used. For solvent / eco-solvent, the max ink saturation is 350%. Suggested heat settings: preheat 42° C, and 37° C post heat. ICC
profiles may be obtained from our website at www.magickinkjet.com.
