ClearShield Wall Armor
Specifically formulated for digitally printed wall covering applications, ClearShield Wall Armor not only offers the unbeatable protection that the ClearShield line of laminates is known for, it also has the benefit of adding a Type II certified solution for commercial applications.
In addition to being compatible with latex, eco-solvent and UV curable inks, Wall Armor provides added stain and abrasion resistance, as well as fire retardancy. When a commercial application has to meet the high standards of Type II certification, Wall Armor is the clear choice.

Applications Methods
Manual Application
For best results use as supplied. Apply two coats with a short nap roller. Allow the coating to dry completely, approximately an hour, between coats.
Automated Equipment
ClearShield Wall Armor can be used on most automatic flood coaters including the StarLam 1600R. Use as supplied.
HVLP Spray Gun
Requires 45 – 55 psi and a nozzle tip of 1.3 -1.6 mm. Use as supplied.
StarLam 1600R Liquid Laminator
Marabu’s liquid laminates are ideal for large volume customers using liquid laminators such as the StarLam 1600R.
The StarLam 1600R is a 64” roll to roll liquid laminator that is easy to operate and applies a smooth even layer of ClearShield laminate over a wide variety of substrates.
