Catalina Graphic Films’ Mojave Digital Media with Air-Egress Technology technology is a bubble-free solution
which allows trapped air to escape almost instantly for time-saving application. Ideal for use with Eco-Solvent,
Solvent, UV-Based, and Latex inkjet printers. These films are also available for Screen Printing, and can be
top-coated for improved ink adhesion for printing methods such as Offset, Litho, Flexographic and UV printing.

SPECIFICATIONS
Application
This product is intended for use in high quality interior/exterior
temporary marking or decal applications requiring block out or opacity,
i.e., bumper stickers, point of purchase decals, fleet markings and
decals, and POP displays. The Air Egress liner permits easy, quick,
bubble-free application.
Thickness 3.8 – 4.2 MILS WITH ADHESIVE
Minimum Application Temperature +50° F. For lower application temperature requirements, ask your
Catalina representative about our other specialty adhesives.
Service Temperature Range -50° F To +150° F.
Expected Lifetime Exterior Five (5) years mid-continental U.S. vertical.
Adhesion 6 ± 2 oz. per lineal inch width
Water Resistance
Excellent: test piece aged 24 hours after application to stainless steel
panel before testing. Not affected when immersed in 70° F water for
seven days, followed by 48 hours recovery.
Humidity Resistance Excellent
Solvent Resistance Good for most petroleum solvents and lower aliphatic alcohols. For
ultimate solvent resistance, edge sealing is recommended.
Shelf Life Two (2) years when stored under conditions of 70°F and 50% relative
humidity.
