What is the difference between Fleece and Flock?

Flock:

Flock is a very short, or pulverized, material that has a velvety like feel, similar to the green covering used on pool tables. Prevents scratches and marring of the vinyl.

Fleece:

Fleece is similar, but softer, like the feeling of suede. Prevents scratches and marring of the vinyl.
