This revolutionary new product consists of a 7 mil polyester film with a proprietary glossy instant dry coating that is compatible with eco/mild, mid, and true solvent inkjet inks. The base film is a white top layer fused in manufacturing to a grayback block-out layer that will not split, curl, buckle, or warp providing for a dimensionally stable final product. The block-out layer eliminates imagewash out due to lighting conditions. Applicationswould include roll-up displays and highend POP images. Sihl 3198 has a proprietary coating which is instant dry, glossy, and produces photo quality high definition images previously unavailable using solvent inkjet printers.
